Full disclosure, I got this cookie dough for free but I wouldn’t share it with you if I didn’t love it. Like come on guys, it’s cookie dough that is GF, DF, and organic and can be eaten RAW. Take that mom, I am going to eat the cookie dough raw!!!! I’ve been wanting to try this product for years and then they disappeared so I am so happy that Mike is back with his awesome cookie dough. Ace Pumpkin Hard Cider

Happy fall, y’all!! Even though it is 90+ degree in the city of St. Louis, we have officially transitioned to fall. And you know what that means??? PUMPKIN ERRRTHANG. Break out the PSL, flannel, and hayrides!!! My favorite fall themed beverage is Ace Pumpkin Hard Cider. I cannot wait to find it on tap and in stores soon!! I have absolute no issue with the sweetness of most ciders because I have an intense sweet tooth. However, this cider is definitely more on the spicy side and less sweet than their other varieties for those of you out there who are  not a fan of the sweetness! Check it out and let me know what you think!!!

So Delicious Cookie Dough Ice Cream

I’ve been eating a lot of dairy free ice cream lately. Not because I have to but because I’ve been given it by people who accidentally bought it and assumed I was also dairy free. But I never say no to free ice cream.  However, my absolute favorite dairy free vegan gluten free (that’s a mouthful) ice cream is So Deliciois coconut milk cookie dough. You guys, get out there and buy this ASAP. It’s to die for. There is so much chocolate and GIANT chunks of cookie dough. I’m in love.

MYBREAD flatbread pita pizza

These are the real deal. I honestly don’t think I need to look for a different gluten free pizza crust ever again. The MYBREAD Flat Bread Pita made the most amazing and easy crust a celiac could ask for. The best part? It took 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Fast AND easy, that’s my favorite type of meal. I am not going to lie, this pizza was a throw whatever random things I could find on top kind of pizza but I’ll still give you the details. The sauce: Classico creamy alfredo pasta sauce The toppings: fresh garlic, diced onion, and baby spinach The cheese: mozzarella, parmesan, pecorino romano

Aldi Live G Free Haul

Finally decided to hop on the Aldi quarter cart bandwagon and try out some Live G Free products. I forgot to include the Double Chocolate Granola in the picture but I’ll be talking about that too. If I try any other products in the future, I’ll make sure to update you on them as well! 1. Spinach, artichoke, and kale stuff sandwich: ★★★★. Pretty good. I’m not a huge fan of kale so I was a little worried about these but the kale flavor was not very strong. Tasted like spinach artichoke dip stuffed in some bread. 2. Pepperoni Pizza stuffed sandwich: ★★★★★. I love these. They are so close to a hot pocket it’s like I never had to give up my unhealthy hot pocket obsession. 3. Plain wraps: ★★★★. I use these as wraps and fry them in a pan to use as tortillas. They are pretty good and the best “tortilla” option I’ve had yet. They don’t break when rolled which is a huge plus but they could still use some work. …

Send Me Gluten Free | May

This is my last Send Me Gluten Free box from my 3-month subscription. I’m honestly very sad that this wonderful time in my life is coming to an end. But I will be back for them again soon (when I have more money and am not a broke graduate student). 1. Simply 7 Sea Salt Hummus Chips:★★★★★. Honestly these tasted like Funyuns to me but I loved them.  2. Cosmos Creations Caramel Apple Crisps:★★★★. I really liked these but the flavor/consistency took a little while to get used to.  3. Montana Monster Munchies Gluten Free Cookie: ★★★★★. Very strong pat and peanut butter flavor but super moist. Loved this cookie  4. Fruit Bliss Organic French Agen Mini Plums:★★★★. I was very unsure about these at first but I actually enjoyed them more than I thought I would. Not the easiest to eat because of how sticky they are, though.  5. KIND Popped Dark Chocolate with Sea Salt: ★★★★★. You already know my love for these. Check out my post on KIND bars. 6. NuNaturals NuStevia Natural …

Send Me Gluten Free | April

It’s the most wonderful time of the month. My Send Me Gluten Free box has arrived and I am not going to lie to you guys, I tried 3 products the day I got the box. ~Research~  I was surprised to see 2 non-food items in this month’s box. This is not an issue for me because I love trying new beauty products as well but I was under the impression that it would always be food. 1. Milton’s Double Chocolate Cookies: ★★★★★. They had me at double chocolate. I really liked this cookie. They were chewy and had enough chocolate without being too sweet. 2. Smarty Pants Gummy Vitamins: ★★★★★. This came with one men’s and one women’s vitamin pack. The men’s was covered in a sugar coating that I really enjoyed but both of the flavors were good and not too sticky or medicine tasting. 3. Chebe Sandwich Bun Mix: 4. The Better Chip Spinach & Kale:  ★★★★★. WOW. I was not expecting to like these. Dip these in some salsa and you’re golden.  …

Updated as of 3/16/16 ProTings Chili Lime Baked Crisps: ★. Not. A. Fan. Weird flavor and super gritty consistency. Full Flavor Foods Turkey Gravy Mix: Free for All Kitchen Double Chocolate Gluten Free Brownie Thins: ★★★. Were they my favorite? No. Would I eat them …

KIND of a big deal | KIND bars

KIND bars are my go-to breakfast, snack, on-the-go grab. There are so many kinds (lol) and flavors to choose from I can bet that you’ll find at least one you like. In the picture above there are several different varieties from the breakfast to the plus.  My favorite are the healthy grains. Great size and not too chewy but also not too crunchy. These are just three of the many flavors I love of that variety.  The breakfast bars ar smaller but there are two in each pack. I’ve tried a few of these and the blueberry ones are definitely my favorite and I actually don’t even like blueberries.  I have mixed feelings about the PLUS bars. They have a great amount of protein and chocolate but they are almost too hard for me to enjoy eating. This one tasted mostly like nuts with a hint of chocolate and absolutely no peanut butter.  I’d love to try out some new KIND bar flavors. Leave me a comment with your favorite flavors!!

I’ve hit the Canyon Bakehouse Motherload

Hey everyone! I recently won an Instagram contest sponsored by Canyon Bakehouse and Erica aka @CeliacAndTheBeast!! I can’t wait to try out all of these awesome products! They don’t sell 90% of what’s in this box in my area so I’m beyond excited! You should have seen the happy dance I did post Fedex delivery!! Keep on the lookout for reviews of all of these Canyon Bakehouse products! Brownie Bites: ★★★★★.  If you know me at all you shouldn’t be at all surprised that the brownies were the first product I tried. They instantly took me back to my childhood of eating Little Debbie’s brownie bites. If you have a sweet tooth or a child looking for something yummy for their lunch boxes, these are it!!! Rosemary & Thyme Focaccia Bread: ★★★★. The texture of this bread was amazing. It felt and tasted like gluten-bread. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I hate Rosemary and am not a huge fan of thyme, either. I have never liked …
